2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your ASPL Pay account (Owner or Tenant).
- To process rent transactions and issue secure payment links.
- To send automated notifications, payment reminders, and digital receipts.
- To facilitate direct bank settlements to property owners via Razorpay Route.
- To improve platform security and prevent fraudulent activities.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: We share necessary data with third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) exclusively to facilitate transactions and routing.
- Between Owners and Tenants: Relevant payment statuses and contact details are shared between the specific property owner and their respective assigned tenant.
